Dearest Goldinfans

Hope you are well considering the year we have just had. Hard to believe how many of us have coped, let alone survived.

My last message was so happy to be back into some sort of swing of things over here in the UAE, when a further restriction was put in place mid-January and it has been a struggle ever since.

Fortunate enough to have secured performing at the preview of Expo 2020 (due to roll out 1 October 2021) and for His Highness’ Family for Mother’s Day during March. However, it is currently Ramadan moving into Eid, therefore not been working on stage again. Performing 5 out of 14 months has not been easy, and I sincerely hope the ruling against live music is lifted soon, and for good.

Needless to say I have spent the last few months in songwriting and studio sessions…so praying I will be able to launch my 3rd Album this year, as planned last year! Fingers crossed…

In the meantime, here’s a massive THANK YOU to everyone continuously listening and playlisting my creations over the years…look at how far we have come :>

***A year later from the release of “My Fire”, it was playlisted on 24 stations with 777 plays reaching 16.9 million. “Really Doesn’t Matter” two years later only playlisted on 7 stations with 40 plays reaching 4.3 million listeners. Since the release of these two records I broke away from the label independently releasing, under Goldilocks Productions, an EP and two singles of which 8 songs are playlisted, and not only in South Africa.***

As much as we cannot see each other just yet, I did find footage not yet shared…it is such a delight looking back on the audience and artists from this wondrous moment…high-kicks and all! It’s a full show, so grab your popcorn and hope it brings lotsa joy to you and yours.
